Prior to joining Peak XV in 2021, he spent six years in the recruitment industry, including the last three years building up SEA's leading startup recruitment desk focused on helping regional VC-backed businesses hire critical roles across multiple functions and verticals. He started his career with six years in FMCG as a sales professional before successfully driving multiple business transformations across Technology and Logistics for his previous organization.
